Comment: I was very excited about this product, it looks great and seems to be a great deal.... but I read the negative reviews, which all seemed to be posted in the last few days... and they (the sonsumers) all have the same issues: then the response from the vendor is also the same, "...we wish people would contact us before writing something negative"... I believe that these dissatisfied consumers did try to contact the company and that the company is putting the blame on the consumer... which is even more damaging to the posibility of my placing an order. So, unfortuntely, I will be passing on this purchase due to the inconsistent customer care that these folks have received. I would rather spend the extra money and get a company that is goig to be reachable and responsible. I would recommend anyone looking to place a purchase ith any vendor to read the reviews rather than glaze over them. I have learned from this in the past....and I hope that this helps you in the future.
